Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Only Bathrooms GC (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a bathroom renovations company based on the Gold Coast, QLD, Australia. By accessing our website, engaging our services, or submitting a quote request, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

1. Services We Provide

Only Bathrooms GC specialises in:
  • Full Bathroom Renovations
  • Custom Bathroom Designs
  • High-End Bathroom Renovations
  • Associated services (e.g. tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, lighting, cabinetry)

We only offer laundry renovations when paired with a full bathroom renovation. Standalone laundry renovations are not part of our standard service offering.

All services include free quotes, free design consultation, and QBCC home warranty insurance.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Our pricing typically ranges between $25,000 and $35,000 depending on scope, materials, and design preferences.
  • Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Quotes may be revised if there are changes in scope or unforeseen site issues.
  • We do not offer package deals—each bathroom is quoted and designed uniquely.

3. Project Timelines

Typical bathroom renovation projects are completed in 2–3 weeks, depending on availability of materials, custom items, and weather conditions (for homes with external work).

We aim to meet agreed timeframes but are not liable for delays caused by third parties, delivery issues, or force majeure events.

4. Payment Terms

Payment milestones will be outlined in your contract. Generally:
  • A deposit is required before work commences.
  • Progress payments are due at key stages of the project.
  • Final payment is required upon completion.

Late payments may incur interest or project delays.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:
  • Provide access to the worksite during agreed hours
  • Communicate promptly on decisions affecting the renovation
  • Ensure pets and valuables are secured
  • Inform us of any changes to your requirements as early as possible

6. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your project after signing the agreement:
  • Any expenses already incurred (e.g. materials purchased, labour scheduled) will be deducted from your refund
  • Cancellation fees may apply based on the stage of the project
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing

7. Warranty and Insurance

All bathroom renovations include QBCC home warranty insurance where required.

We warrant our workmanship for a minimum of 6 years, in line with Australian Consumer Law and QBCC requirements. Manufacturer warranties for materials and fixtures may vary and will be passed on to you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including designs, text, images, and logos, is the property of Only Bathrooms GC and may not be reproduced or reused without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for:
  • Any loss or damage caused by misuse of our services
  • Indirect, special, or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by third-party suppliers or external factors
Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for our services.

10. Website Usage

By using our website:
  • You agree not to engage in any illegal or disruptive activity
  • You acknowledge that website content may be updated or changed without notice
  • You must not use our content for commercial purposes without permission

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Queensland.
