After 25 years my bathroom in a Robina gated complex was looking a little sad and certainly outdated. So I called in Reo from Only Bathrooms to do a renovation. I picked the wall hung vanity, tiles and the fittings and Reo and his team of specialist tradesmen did the rest, completely transforming it. My waterproofing had failed and I had water leaking downstairs, so the whole situation felt really overwhelming. As this was my first renovation, I had no idea how to chose someone, who to trust or where to start.

Reo was informative, honest, and helped me understand my options without any sales pressure. He even passed on his supplier discounts, which I really appreciated.

In November 2025, we had our bathroom and laundry renovated by Reo and his team, and we honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly. From the first conversation through to completion, Reo was friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was more than happy to work through ideas with us before the project kicked off.

Throughout the renovation, the team were hardworking, respectful, tidy, and kept us updated every step of the way. The whole process felt smooth and genuinely stress-free, which made such a difference.

Now, six months on, we’re still absolutely stoked with the result. The quality and finish have held up beautifully and the bathroom and laundry still look immaculate. If you want a team that truly cares about their work and their clients, Reo and his team are the real deal.

Two bathrooms completely gutted and renovated. Detailed quote with nothing left out, great communication throughout the project and first-class workmanship with outstanding attention to details. Reo and the team at Only Bathrooms Gold Coast have just finished two bathrooms for us at our mermaid beach apartment - an ensuite and a main bathroom/laundry - and wow! The job they have done is nothing short of amazing! The finish is exceptional down to the smallest of details and completed on time and in budget.

We don’t live full time in the apartment so relied on Reo to keep us up to date. He is a great communicator - we really looked forward to his regular progress videos. More importantly, when there were hiccups, common in a 1980's building, Reo would contact us with solutions - never alarming us with what for him were probably some pretty annoying challenges. There were no ‘this is going to cost you’ conversations and this filled us with confidence.

Our neighbours also appreciated how considerate Reo and his team were. They kept noise and disruption to a minimum and that professionalism did not go unnoticed

The whole process was seamless, with no leaks in communication, and the finish is flawless from tap to tile. We saved the best for last….after having numerous trades here during the huge journey of a home renovation, we found Reo from Only Bathrooms GC to complete our ensuite bathroom. We wish we had’ve found him at the start, as would’ve used him for anything he was able to do.

From the initial phone call, I knew we had found the right person for the job. His communication from day one was impeccable, and he executed the project with precision and ease, and we were provided daily updates so we knew exactly what was happening from start to finish.

Reo is a perfectionist, and his attention to detail is to be commended, literally everything was done exactly as he said it would….he listened to everything we wanted, guided us when we weren’t sure, and produced our new bathroom in the most timely, and professional way. They arrived on time everyday, were so clean and tidy and so mindful of protecting the floors and surrounding areas during the process.

We were referred to Reo by a friend, and so glad because we would never have found him.
